                We recognise that quality is a complex blend of experiences and
                characteristics. We identify our teams through Sanderson
                interviews and then we validate against our own state of the art
                people predictive analytics platform.
              
             
            
              
                Through this method we select Partners and Associates and deploy
                them individually as part of a client team or as a 100%
                Sanderson Projects team.
              
              
              
                These are flexible teams and because of the strength and depth
                of our Sanderson network we can scale quickly to meet the needs
                of most project situations.
              
             
            
              
                The quality of interim resources is a critical success factor
                for projects. We are so confident in our teams that we are
                prepared to put up to 30% of the price at risk based on project
                objectives being met. In order to incentivise, there is also a
                reward, but this is always less than the amount that is put at
                risk.
              
              
              
                In this way Sanderson, our resources, and the client are all
                invested in the successful delivery of projects; a long awaited
                and logical arrangement.
